Shipping and Return Policies
Please review these Shipping and Return Policies carefully, as they contain important and relevant information regarding any order you may place, including subscriptions. By purchasing from Thy Word In My Heart, you acknowledge you have read, understand, and agree to all the following Terms and Conditions.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via USPS or another shipping service of our choice based on the rates available at the time of shipment. You will receive tracking information via email when your order is shipped. Signatures are not required for delivery and may be left on your doorstep. Shipping times and deliverability are not guaranteed after the package has been given to the shipping service.
At this time, subscriptions are only available to contiguous U.S. addresses. International subscriptions are unavailable until further notice.
Return Policy
Should your order be lost, stolen, damaged, incorrect, etc., please contact both the shipping service and Thy Word In My Heart (email marianne@thywordinmyheart.com) to seek a resolution. Resolutions — whether a refund, exchange, replacement, or otherwise — will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Thy Word In My Heart will not be held liable for any damages exceeding the original purchase amount paid.
Subscriptions cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. In the event your Subscription package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, we must be notified via email at marianne@thywordinmyheart.com within four (3) weeks of shipment. If we do not receive notification within this time frame, we cannot be held accountable for the missing or damaged items and will not offer a replacement or refund.
