Terms and Conditions
Please review these Terms and Conditions carefully, as they contain important and relevant information regarding any product you may purchase, including subscriptions. By purchasing from Thy Word In My Heart, you acknowledge you have read, understand, and agree to all the following Terms and Conditions.
Copyright and Product Use Policy
All copyrights for the original artwork and art print designs belong to Marianne Stewart at Thy Word In My Heart. Products are for your personal use only. No artwork, art print, or other product purchased may be copied, sold, distributed, or re-printed without express written permission from Thy Word In My Heart. We reserve the right to take legal action should this policy be violated.
Pricing and Product Descriptions
While Thy Word In My Heart tries to make our website thorough and accurate, occasionally there may be times when website information, prices, and/or descriptions may be incomplete or inaccurate, whether it be an error on our part or an error due to software, browser settings, etc. We apologize for any such errors that may affect your order. We reserve the right to correct such errors, including but not limited to price, descriptions, and availability, at any time with or without notice.
Applicable sales tax will be charged for all orders either billed from or delivered to the state of Tennessee.
Payment
Payment is due in full at the time the order is placed. Payments may be made by credit or debit card, gift card (coming soon!), or Paypal. Personal checks will not be accepted as form of payment. Cash will only be accepted at in-person shopping events, not for online purchases.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions consist of one (1) 8x10” art print, one (1) corresponding 5x7” art print, one (1) corresponding sticker (approx. 4x4"), and recommended Bible passages for further study and reading. Your Subscription price “locks in” at the time you sign up. If the price of the art print collection increases in the future, you will continue to be charged at the price when you first subscribed. If you cancel your subscription and resubscribe at a later date, your new subscription is subject to the current price (i.e. you will not be eligible for the price point of your first/original subscription).
Subscriptions begin the month following the date you sign up. You will receive a confirmation of subscription at the time of checkout, but your payment method will not be charged until the first (1st) of the following month. You must sign up by 11:59pm on the last day of the month in order to receive the following month’s art print collection (e.g. if you sign up on March 15th, your subscription will begin in April and your payment method will be charged on April 1st).
Any necessary information changes—including but not limited to billing address and shipping address—must be made in your account by 11:59pm on the last day of the month to go into effect for the following month.
Your Subscription will automatically renew until a cancellation request is received in writing (using the Cancellation Form on our website). Renewals occur on the first day of the month, and automatically charge via your payment method on file.
Subscriptions given as gifts will NOT automatically renew beyond the subscription duration set at the time of checkout. If the gift recipient wishes to continue receiving a Subscription after your gift Subscription expires, he or she must purchase their own Subscription with their own payment method.
Cancellation requests for subscriptions must be received by 11:59pm on the last day of the month to be effective the following month. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but NO refunds will be given for missing the cancellation deadline. There are no cancellation fees.
